practicing attorneys in major legal centers around the
country and abroad. They represent most practice areas
including, corporate, securities, finance, banking,
m&a, mutual funds, international, litigation,
antitrust, environmental, real estate, syndication,
intellectual property, patent, trademark, copyright,
licensing, bankruptcy, workouts, tax, ERISA, trust &
estate, probate, labor
and employment law. We do a considerable amount of
partner placements as well as law firm mergers. We have
interviewed and are in contact with these attorneys
because each has expressed an interest in exploring
available opportunities and challenges.

of employers with the background and qualifications of
applicants. Thus, we are able to recruit the best
possible attorneys for client employers and provide the
most desirable opportunities for our applicants.

Efficiency:
As a prospective employer your time is spent
interviewing and evaluating a select group of applicants
- carefully screened to represent only those attorneys
whose background and qualifications meet your
requirements. As an applicant, you know that your resume
will only be sent to those firms with specialties you
desire and in locations you select. We will never forward
your resume to any third party without your prior
knowledge and consent.
Time is of the essence. You spend less time, more
productively and the results are more positive.
Confidentiality:
Positions that are available will be discussed only
with your permission and then only with a limited number
of qualified applicants. Likewise, the names of these
practicing attorneys are held in confidence, as we
understand that it is only in such an environment that
capable, experienced attorneys can comfortably explore
the career opportunities that are open to them.
Fees
Bostonian Personnel Co., Inc. Works on contingency.
Individuals - 25 percent of first year's
compensation.
Mergers - 5 percent of the first million
dollars of the acquired firm's annual billing; 4 percent
of the second million dollars; 3 percent of the third
million dollars; 2 percent of the fourth million dollars;
1 percent of each million dollars thereafter.
Negotiated fees for exclusive relationships and retained
searches.
We offer our clients either of the following guarantees:
1. Should the employee leave
or be terminated any time from the date of employment to
the 120th calendar day thereafter, the following refund
schedule shall be in effect, provided that the full
payment fee has been paid within ten days from the
starting date of employment.
1 to 10 days .........100%
31 to 60 days ..........75%
61 to 90 days ..........50%
91 to 120 days ..........25%
2. Should the employee
leave or be terminated at any time from the date of
employment to the 180th calendar day, and provided that
the full placement fee has been paid in full within ten
days from the starting employment date, we will locate a
replacement at no additional charge if the new employee's
first year's compensation is equal to the compensation of
the employee which we are replacing.
